The Comic Photo was created using the stroke affect to create a border similar to a comic book page. I also used filters in the filter gallery with varying intensities to create the dotted image and add the highlights to the people to make them more character like.
On the tattoo I used 3 images that where originally black and white, I added the images to the Taylor swift original picture which was the layer that remained unlocked for the entire project. I colorized Frankenstein face to the famous green by highlighting the face with the quick selection tool and then cleaning up the lines. I saw that the ears were not in the focal point of the photo but I included them as well to make a cleaner look.
I used Photoshop to add color to an original photo that was completely gray scale. I used the RGB color scale to outline the soldiers gold hardware on his hat, the red uniform and some of the gold on his uniform as well.
